Location Status: Work will be primarily performed remotely from home office. Employee will be required to utilize personal phone and internet services to perform telecommuting with reimbursement according to Race’s Telecommuting policy. Occasional travel to and work from other Race offices or off-site locations may be required.

Summary:
The Strategic Data Analyst supports data-driven decision-making across the organization by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to inform high-impact business strategies. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate trends, and develop predictive models that drive operational efficiency and strategic planning. The analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights through clear reporting, dashboards, and visualizations. A deep understanding of data architecture, analytical tools, and business processes is essential to support organizational goals and guide long-term initiatives.
