Job Description
The Vice President – Mission Critical & Industrials will lead NEI’s strategy, growth, and client delivery across the industrial sectors including data centers, oil & gas, mining, metals, water, wastewater, and other large-load industrial customers. This role will oversee a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on supporting the electrical power infrastructure within this market. This role will be responsible for market development, financial performance, team health, and technical quality within the sector.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in delivering electrical infrastructure projects within industrial environments and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. This role will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of NEI’s executive leadership team.
Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000 / year
The salary range above is based upon the Denver, Colorado labor market.
This opportunity is available to both local / in-office (Lakewood, CO) and full-time remote candidates.
To lead NEI’s mission critical and industrial market vertical with a focus on delivering high-value, end-to-end electrical power solutions to large-load industrial customers by partnering within broader project delivery teams.

Managerial Responsibility: |
Team Member is responsible for the general oversight of the departments Technical Directors and the review of financial statements, team utilization, QA/QC, and employee professional development and growth. |
