Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and articulate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a US-based company with high-volume recruitment efforts. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to confirm scheduled interviews, ensuring a high attendance rate, and providing a positive, professional, and encouraging first impression of the company.

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to job applicants in the United States.
• Clearly and professionally confirm interview dates, times, and other necessary details.
• Enthusiastically encourage applicants to attend their scheduled interviews.
• Answer basic questions applicants may have about the interview process.
• Accurately update applicant status and record call outcomes in our client's tracking system.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly targets for confirmed appointments.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor on every call.

• Must have experience in a call center, agency, customer service, appointment setting, or telemarketing role
• Must be a resident of and located in South Africa.
• Exceptional fluency in English with a neutral or minimal accent, easily understood by American English speakers.
• A positive, upbeat, and engaging personality with excellent phone etiquette.
• The ability to remain motivated, focused, and cheerful while performing repetitive tasks throughout the day.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• A modern and reliable computer (desktop or laptop) capable of handling web-based calling applications without issue.
• A stable, high-speed primary internet connection.
• A reliable backup internet solution is mandatory (e.g., mobile hotspot, secondary ISP) to ensure 100% uptime during work hours.
• A high-quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
• A quiet, private, and distraction-free workspace.
