Key Responsibilities:
Prepare reconciliations for bank, credit card, and GL accounts across multiple entities
Assist in month-end close, including accruals, intercompany entries, and journal posting
Support property deal closing entries and internal transfers
Ensure compliance with GAAP and participate in internal audits
Maintain fixed asset schedules and related journal entries
Collaborate with team members and contribute to special projects as needed
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
1–3 years of hands‑on accounting experience (including internships or early professional roles)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ease with accounting software
Familiarity with or willingness to learn NetSuite, Salesforce, and Ramp
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time‑management in a remote environment
Positive attitude, coachability, and willingness to grow
