As a Senior Technical Product Manager (PM) at ngrok, you will spearhead building the next generation of products that redefine the developer experience to increase the pace of innovation on the internet. As a pivotal link between our customers and engineering team, you’ll navigate seamlessly between the factory and the field to construct feedback loops, map problems to real features and products, write detailed product specs, test hypotheses, and deliver insights. Embracing a deeply technical product designed for an equally technical audience is essential.
This is a remote position for candidates outside of the Bay Area and a hybrid role for candidates within commuting distance to San Francisco. Our Bay Area employees commute to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. At this time, ngrok is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Tier 2 (rest of US) : Minimum salary of $155,000 to maximum $193,000
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), internal equity with other team members, market data, and specific work location.

Compensation for this role depends on level, but we provide a competitive mix of salary and equity.
We provide a 401(k) with a 100% match up to 3% of your salary and a 50% match up to another 2%.
