Summary:
Lead preparation and review of complex tax returns, provide tax planning advice, mentor junior staff, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, business, and other entity tax returns
• Perform tax research and stay current on changes in tax laws
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate filings
• Support clients with tax planning and general advisory throughout the year
• Identify and communicate potential tax issues or planning opportunities
• Assist with training or guiding junior staff, as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA license or EA designation preferred (or actively pursuing)
• 3–5+ years of recent tax experience in public accounting
• Proficiency with tax preparation software and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, especially with clients
