Position Summary


We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Sales Representative to grow revenue through strategic account management, business development, and channel expansion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B and B2C sales in the automotive aftermarket industry, with strong WD relationship and will play a key role in driving Oracle Lighting’s continued growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage key accounts across wholesale, retail, and distribution channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and pursue new partnerships within target markets.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, trade shows, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with current product offerings and promotions.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, forecasts, and reports to management.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or aftermarket lighting industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed (25-50% depending on territory and events).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with automotive dealers, distributors, or performance shops.
  • Understanding of LED and automotive lighting products and technology.
  • Existing network within the automotive aftermarket sector.
