Senior Real Estate Asset & Project Manager – Fix & Flip / REO (Remote)
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Asset & Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of single-family fix & flip and REO projects — from loan funding through rehab completion, marketing, and sale. This role manages contractors, vendors, project managers, and real estate agents to ensure projects meet budget, quality, and timeline standards.
You’ll also maintain strong relationships with our financial investors, providing bi-monthly portfolio updates with detailed project status, budget performance, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee rehab projects remotely from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Manage vendors, contractors, project managers, and real estate agents.
- Process and verify contractor draw requests; approve fund releases per protocol.
- Conduct virtual or third-party inspections to confirm completed work.
- Prepare and deliver bi-monthly investor portfolio reports and host update calls.
- Coordinate property marketing and agent performance to maximize sale value.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in residential fix & flip, REO, or construction project management.
- Experience overseeing multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Strong budgeting, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for investor updates.
- Real estate or GC license a plus.
Compensation
- Remote (U.S.-based)
- Salary: $95,000 – $110,000
- Performance bonus potential
