Residential Account Manager - Outside Sales Position

Garden State Tile is currently seeking an exceptional an Outside Sales Representative to join our TEAM! As an Outside Sales Representative Manager you are promoting Garden state tile products to trade /professional customers that focus on the residential part of the business. Territory includes NY - Long Island, Orange, Rockland NYC - Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island NJ - Bergen, Morris, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, Warren ensuring customer satisfaction and providing the highest level of concierge customer service to every client of the customer base both existing and through the cultivation of new relationships including include tile stores (retailers/dealers) floor covering stores, interior designers, home builders, design build firms, kitchen, and bath stores.

This position offers a competitive base salary of $55,000 per year with the potential for additional uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses based on sales performance, allowing top performers to earn significantly more.

Current scheduling for this position is remote full time 5 days a week Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Relationship building, mapping & networking.
• Serving accounts through merchandising and sampling.
• Develop and maintain product expertise sufficient to be a valued resource to specifiers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Managing a busy schedule, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Learn and be proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Epicor P-21, to manage leads, track sales and service clients
