  • Base: $52,000
  • Activity Pay Bonus: Up to $27,000+
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): $97,000

🧩 What You'll Do:

  • Engage with 25+ warm leads daily through call/text
  • Convert leads into qualified appointments using provided scripts
  • Track all activity in CRM and maintain performance accountability


βœ… MUST-HAVE Qualifications (Pass/Fail): Only apply if you meet all the below:

  • Available Mon–Thurs 1:30 PM–10:00 PM MST, Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM MST
  • 1+ year current phone-exclusive appointment setting experience
  • Currently making 60+ dials/day with 3.5+ talk hours/day
  • B2C (NOT B2B) sales experience
  • Experience with high-ticket offers ($3K+)
  • No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
  • Not self-employed within the past 6 months
  • Currently held accountable to performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Has earned recognition (e.g., Top Sales, MVP, Sports Awards, etc.) in the last 2 years
  • Follows defined call flows or scripts with real accountability
  • Inputs accurate data into CRM during every call
  • Makes multiple follow-ups daily via call & text
  • Confident, outgoing, and comfortable on the phone
  • Open to coaching and quick to apply feedback
