This is a high-impact role focused on expanding relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and industrial end-users, while promoting a suite of hardware and IoT-enabled products that are essential to modern automation systems.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and execute a strategic regional sales plan aligned with corporate growth goals.
  • Identify and win new business in core sectors including manufacturing, logistics, and infrastructure.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and plant engineers.
  • Lead technical discussions, solution demos, and commercial negotiations throughout the sales cycle.
  • Serve as the customer’s trusted advisor—translating challenges into tailored signaling and automation solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive products, and market shifts to inform sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and marketing teams to meet customer needs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer sites—showcasing innovation in action.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of technical B2B sales experience in automation, controls, or industrial products.
  • Knowledge of automation platforms: PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, motion control, robotics, and industrial networking.
  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets across a multi-state or regional territory.
  • Strong communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort with frequent travel (up to 50%) to meet with clients, partners, and prospects.
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, food & beverage, or energy sectors.
  • Familiarity with industrial protocols like Ethernet/IP, Modbus, or PROFINET.
  • CRM proficiency—Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

This is more than a sales role—it's a chance to champion smart technologies that make industrial operations safer, smarter, and more connected. If you’re energized by solving problems, building long-term customer relationships, and selling products that have a visible impact on the plant floor, we’d love to hear from you.
