Position: Recruiting Senior Associate

JOB SUMMARY
Recruiting Senior Associate will assist in full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of technical and project-based roles,
including mechanical and electrical engineers, designers, commissioning specialists, field technicians and other
operations and support staff.
As a member of the HR Team, the Recruiting Senior Associate will work closely with hiring teams to understand the
technical and logistical requirements of each role, post positions, and screen qualified candidates, coordinate
interviews, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience through onboarding. This is an excellent
opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in talent acquisition and a solid understanding of recruiting for
both consulting and field-based environments in the engineering industry.
The Recruiting Senior Associate will receive general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new
projects, tasks or assignments. May work independently, consistently exercising discretion and independent
judgment on individual work, or may work under immediate supervision. May serve as lead on routine projects,
tasks or assignments of limited scope.
This person will communicate and operate in line with organizational goals and values, as well as departmental
objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
High Volume Recruiting / Schedule Coordination (85%)
- Independently manage full-cycle recruitment for 20–30 active job requisitions, including reviewing resumes,
- screening candidates, and coordinating all interview logistics.
- Manage a high volume of recruitment-related emails and communications, ensuring timely follow-up with
- candidates and hiring teams.
- Draft and send offer letters, benefit summaries, and initiate background checks and other pre-employment
- screenings.
- Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and internal records.
- Own the process of collecting interviewer feedback post-interview, ensuring timely responses and clear
- communication with hiring teams.
- Update and organize the job description library in collaboration with HR and department leads.
- Provide timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Human Resources Support (15%)
- Maintain and update templates.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively to assist with documenting HR procedures and processes with an eye toward streamlining
- and automating where possible to improve department efficiency.
- Provide general HR support as needed, including assisting with special projects, research, or administrative
- tasks to support team priorities and business needs.
Completion of Assigned Tasks and Deliverables on Time and on Budget
Performs other related duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS (INTERMEDIATE LEVEL FOR ALL THE FOLLOWING UNLESS
OTHERWISE NOTED)
- Knowledge of human resource processes and best practices
- Intermediate skills using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), along with exceptional
- organizational skills for file management to support our software defined organization
- Skill in using Rippling and ADP Workforce Now (Zoho Recruit is also preferred)
- Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail
- Skill in leveraging technology in new and creative ways to solve routine tasks or problems
- Skill in high volume recruiting of technical and project-based roles
- Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems
- Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, optimize operational processes, and
- contribute to company-wide innovation
- Ability to work successfully in a remote environment thru effective communication and organizational skills,
- self-motivation, proactiveness and resourcefulness in a distraction free workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to actively listen, taking time to understand the points being made and asking questions
- Ability to be empathetic and patient while responding to employee concerns
- Ability to identify and evaluate candidate hard and soft skills when recruiting
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues, coworkers, clients, vendors
- Ability to accurately prepare and maintain records, files, reports and correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form (technical and non-technical information)
- Ability to work successfully as a member of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Up to 10%, this may include travel to any or all 50 US states
- Travel is defined as physically leaving home on behalf of business activities including but not limited to client
- sites, meetings with other employees, meeting for business development purposes, running errands on behalf
- of the business, attending industry conferences, etc.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Candidates must meet one of the following qualification pathways:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
OR
- A recognized HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
OR
- Two years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, and other human resource activities
PLUS
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruiting, onboarding and other human resource activities
