Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000/year DOE + Performance Bonus

That’s exactly what you’ll do here.

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Real Estate Asset & Project Manager who thrives in the world of fix & flip and REO property management. You’ll lead the process from funding through sale — coordinating contractors, vendors, and agents while keeping investors informed and confident with clear, consistent updates.

In This Role, You Will:

• Take ownership of multiple projects from acquisition through sale.
• Approve contractor draw requests and ensure work matches scope and quality expectations.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and all vendor communications remotely.
• Conduct virtual or third-party inspections to verify progress.
• Deliver bi-monthly investor reports and lead update calls.
• Oversee property marketing strategies and listing performance.

You’ll Excel If You:

• Have 5+ years in residential fix & flip, REO, or construction management.
• Can coordinate multiple stakeholders with ease.
• Are detail-obsessed with budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Can communicate with investors clearly and professionally.
