Step 1 – Fund & Launch
You’ll take control of projects the moment funding is approved, confirming scopes, budgets, and vendor assignments.
Step 2 – Manage & Monitor
Track progress through virtual inspections, contractor updates, and vendor reports. Verify completed work before authorizing payments.
Step 3 – Report & Communicate
Host bi-monthly investor calls, preparing detailed progress reports with photos, budgets, and timelines.
Step 4 – Market & Sell
Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure properties are positioned for maximum sale price.
Requirements:
Pay Range: $40 – $48/hr + performance bonus.
