Job Description: 

The Oracle Business Development Leader is a key member of the Sales and Strategy Practice expected to engage in activities in support of both revenue growth and strategic market positioning. 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Oracle as our software partner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals and business cases to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business.
  • Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.

 

Required Professional and Technical Expertise: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technology and consulting services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Domain knowledge of HR and/or finance and of Oracle or equivalent platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise 

  • Bachelors or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the technology consulting industry.
  • Knowledge of Oracle products and services.
  • Domain knowledge for HR, Finance and Financial Services

 

Travel: 25% - 50% 

Location: US, Remote 

   

US Base Pay Disclosure 

Accelalpha follows fair and equitable payment practice, considering many factors such as the candidate’s skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the expected base salary range is USD $150,000 to $290,000. 

Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
