We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to own our email marketing, organic social, webinars, and omni-channel campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and bookings. 

This role is ideal for someone who: 

  • Uses data and insights to inform strategy, identify the right channels, and continuously optimize campaigns. 
  • Thrives in a lean team environment, taking initiative and owning projects from start to finish.  
  • Writes sharp, compelling copy tailored to buyer personas across channels (email, display, LinkedIn, landing pages, blogs). 

You’ll work closely with the Director of Demand Generation while also leading your own initiatives.  

What You’ll Do 

Email Marketing 

  • Own the email strategy: segmentation, nurture flows, re-engagement, and campaign calendar. 
  • Write, build, test, and deploy emails across the funnel (drips, blasts, nurtures). 
  • Use data to drive engagement and optimize performance. 
  • Track KPIs, analyze results, and report insights. 
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps on lead scoring and pipeline goals. 

Organic Social Media 

  • Build and execute our social strategy in partnership with Demand Gen. 
  • Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn and other channels (YT, Reddit, FB). 
  • Create engaging, persona-driven content that drives site traffic. 
  • Partner with industry experts and influencers to expand reach. 
  • Develop visuals, schedule posts, and track performance. 
  • Run internal programs to encourage employee engagement. 

Omni-Channel Campaigns 

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, leads, and customer acquisition. 
  • Use data to inform strategy, messaging, and channel mix. 
  • Support product launches across digital and offline channels. 
  • Provide campaign metrics and insights to leadership. 
  • Build sales enablement kits to reinforce campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals. 

Webinars 

  • Manage end-to-end webinar programs, from topic selection to follow-up. 
  • Coordinate speakers, build content, and create promotional assets (emails, landing pages, social). 
  • Track registrations, engagement, and conversion rates to inform future programs. 

Content Writing 

  • Write clear, compelling copy across channels (emails, blogs, ads, landing pages, webinars, videos). 
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone. 
  • Support SEO and thought leadership efforts. 
  • Manage the full content lifecycle—from ideation through publishing. 

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (supply chain experience a plus). 
  • Proven success in omni-channel marketing, email, organic social, and webinars. 
  • Data-driven with examples of using analytics to guide and improve campaigns. 
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills. 
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. 
  • Self-starter with curiosity and research skills. 
  • Experience using GenAI tools for content creation. 
  • Skilled in balancing tactical execution with long-term strategy. 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 

Tools & Platforms 

  • Expert in Pardot, Marketo or HubSpot 
  • Experienced in working in Salesforce, 6Sense/Demandbase, Canva, Vidyard, WordPress/Contentful, Zoom Webinar, LinkedIn, UTM tracking. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams.
