We Are Looking For

The Manager, Product Management will oversee the product strategy, lifecycle, and business performance of their assigned product area, driving growth and innovation to support our aerospace and industrial customers. This role requires a dynamic Product Management leader to lead and manage one of the following key areas: Electromechanical Systems, Interconnect Solutions or Wire/Cable & HMP Products. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to anticipate market needs, optimize product strategy, and ensure compliance with industry standards. 

 

What You’ll Do 

As a Manager, Product Management, you’ll be responsible for:  

  • Owning the product roadmap, pricing, and portfolio performance for one of the above technologies
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality
  • Developing business cases and influence product P&L, including cost and margin optimization
  • Engaging with suppliers and review business metrics on an ongoing basis
  • Conducting voice-of-customer, competitive analysis, and market research
  • Acting as product SME for internal teams and customer-facing engagements
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Leadership experience in product management or technical commercial roles
  • Expertise in one or more of the following product domains:
  1. Electromechanical assemblies
  2. Interconnect or connector technologies
  3. Wire & cable systems
  • Familiarity with aerospace or industrial markets
  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Strategic product thinking by anticipating market trends and aligning product development with long-term business objectives 
  • Possess technical and financial acumen, enabling effective evaluation of product feasibility, cost and profitability metrics
  • Exhibit customer orientation through a deep understanding of client needs and a commitment to delivering solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Special Requirements: 

  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) orasylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required. 
  • ITAR Requirement 
  • 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
