Position: Investor Portfolio Manager – Real Estate & Construction
Compensation: $85,000 – $98,000/year DOE + Performance Bonus

This is a results-driven leadership position for someone who thrives in both project execution and investor relations. You’ll oversee residential fix & flip and REO projects across multiple markets, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while safeguarding investor capital.

Key Duties:

• Manage rehab projects from funding to sale.
• Oversee and evaluate contractors, vendors, and agents.
• Confirm completion of work before releasing funds.
• Provide detailed bi-monthly updates to investors.
• Ensure every property is market-ready for top-dollar sales.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in residential construction project management or REO.
• Proven budgeting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage teams remotely.
• Clear, confident communication with high-net-worth investors.

This role is 100% remote, but your work will have a tangible impact on property values, profitability, and investor trust.
