We’re seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our U.S. operations and help bring our mission and values to life across the employee experience. In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders and employees — supporting growth, engagement, and performance across our diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
As part of our HR team, you’ll ensure our people have the tools, resources, and guidance they need to thrive — and you’ll play a key role in shaping the culture of respect, innovation, partnership, and accountability that defines Chronicle.
Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business and project goals.
Support hiring, onboarding, and development to help employees grow and deliver exceptional results.
Build trusted relationships by guiding managers and employees through challenges with fairness and respect.
Champion engagement and recognition initiatives that foster collaboration and connection.
Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency.
5+ years of progressive HR experience (at least 2 years as a business partner/generalist).
Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.
Experience coaching leaders, managing employee relations, and driving people initiatives.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work across a dispersed, professional services environment.
SHRM-CP/PHR or related certification a plus.
