About the HRIS Team: The HRIS team is on an exciting journey of growth and transformation. As we scale and refine our operations, we seek an HRIS Manager who shares our enthusiasm for developing solutions and enhancing HR processes in partnership with our business stakeholders.
Your Role: We are seeking an HRIS Manager to oversee and guide our Workday system across three key areas: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for leading and developing a talented team, ensuring the successful delivery of HRIS solutions, and aligning technical capabilities with business needs. You’ll be a key partner in defining and executing the overall HRIS strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
5-7 years of HR systems experience supporting HR and Total Rewards
5+ years of Workday experience
2+ years of experience managing a team of HRIS professionals

Targeted Pay Range: $83,000.00 - $138,200.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
