What You'll Be Doing:
Enter patient data from scanned files or internal request forms
Verify insurance info, appointment data, and test results
Flag discrepancies or missing data for review
Cross-check data across platforms to ensure accuracy
Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality at all times
Collaborate with remote team leads to meet quality checks and
turnaround timesWere Looking For People Who Are:
Typing 40+ WPM (or close well help you improve)
Focused and detail-driven especially when data repeats
Comfortable reading basic healthcare terms (well train you)
Reliable with your hours and focused when you're clocked in
Bonus Points (but not required):
Any previous clerical, records, or data entry work
Familiarity with EHRs (electronic health records)
Background in insurance, billing, or patient support
