Position Overview:
DietitianLive, a dynamic startup at the forefront of virtual dietitian services, is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy. Reporting to the COO, this leadership role will oversee SEO and Website Management, Content Creation, and Copywriting while driving key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance brand visibility, client acquisition, and business growth. The Head of Growth Marketing will collaborate closely with the Sales and Partnerships teams, taking full ownership of strategic marketing direction. This is a hands-on role, requiring direct contribution to day-to-day marketing tasks alongside leadership responsibilities. Preference will be given to candidates located in Eastern and Central Time Zones.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives growth across digital, content, social media, SEO, and traditional channels.
  • Set measurable KPIs aligned with Dietitian Live’s business objectives, ensuring marketing efforts are data-driven and optimized for maximum impact.
  • Lead and manage the SEO & Website Manager, Content Creator, and Copywriter, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Oversee the company’s website and SEO strategy, ensuring a strong digital presence, optimized conversion rates, and effective user experience.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, coordinating efforts across paid media, organic content, partnerships, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring resource allocation maximizes ROI and business impact.
  • Craft and oversee content strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, including social media, blog posts, press releases, and advertising.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Own and drive brand positioning, ensuring DietitianLive is recognized as a trusted leader in virtual dietitian services.
  • Directly contribute to day-to-day marketing tasks, including content creation, campaign execution, and digital strategy implementation.
  • Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports, offering insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis.

Areas of Accountability, Measures of Success:


Strategic Growth Marketing Leadership: Set the direction and velocity of Dietitian Live’s marketing engine. Architect the full-funnel strategy aligned with company-wide goals - visibility, acquisition, retention, and revenue. Lead go-to-market for new verticals, services and strategic bets. Drive cross-departmental collaboration to ensure marketing is deeply embedded in Sales, Service, and Ops strategy.


Demand Generation, Funnel Ownership & Budget Strategy: Own the full performance marketing funnel - lead generation, bookings, conversion, retention. Manage and optimize a multi-channel paid budget with clarity and rigor. Answer the critical question: “Where should our next $50k go, and why?” Use data to guide spend, reduce CAC, increase LTV, and expand ROI. Coordinate cross-functionally to execute fast and scale what works.


Brand Narrative & End-to-End Storytelling: Craft the narrative that makes people say “I didn’t even know I needed this - but I’ve longed for it.” Build a story that emotionally and clearly communicates who we are, what we do, and why we matter. Ensure these messages permeate every marketing asset - from social and email to sales decks, web copy, and client touch points.


Content Ecosystem Across Four Core Brands: Lead content strategy across all four brand pillars. Create a unified, omnichannel content strategy that brings each brand to life with voice, visuals, and results.

  • Partner Brand: Fuel co-branded trust, expertise, and shared outcomes
  • Employee Brand: Elevate internal pride and external talent attraction
  • Client Brand: Inspire trust, relatability, and transformation
  • Employer Brand: Position Dietitian Live as a premier place to grow and lead

Digital and Marketing Positioning Excellence: Own the digital front door - website, UX, CRO, and SEO performance. Ensure every digital asset is optimized to convert, inspire, and scale. Lead strategic marketing support for partnerships - build co-branded campaigns, winning decks, and integrated messaging that accelerates high-value deals. Position Dietitian Live as the national leader in virtual dietitian care.


Education, Experience, and Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership, digital marketing, and client acquisition.
  • Proven experience managing teams and developing high-performing marketing professionals.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, content strategy, paid media, social media, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments is highly desirable.
