Graphic Designer (Remote)

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Remote)

Payrate: $60-65hr

Hours: Part-time: 20-25 hrs a week (Attend some meetings EST)

*Flexible days and hours; however, must work estimated 20-25 hours a week

Duration: 3-month contract

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering impactful visual communications. You will work closely with the Creative Services Manager to support a variety of marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality design across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Design and/or update marketing materials including product documents, brochures, and presentations.
• Create compelling visual assets for digital campaigns including emails, landing pages, website banners, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to produce graphics for website updates and promotions.
• Deliver high-quality, on-brand design work within established timelines.
• Organize, maintain, and archive design files and project assets for future use.

Required Education/Qualifications

• 4-10 years of graphic design experience working with marketing team
• Able to work Part-time flexible days and hours; however, must work estimated 20-25 hours a week) to meet deadlines
• Must have experience to create compelling visual assets for digital campaigns including emails, landing pages, website banners, and social media graphics.
• Able to attend meetings EST hours which can be between 9am-12pm EST a few days a week.
• Must have portfolio highlighting design projects and abilities - Porfilio must have a clean layout and organized (Showcasing around branding, social media graphics, marketing campaigns, website updating product)
• Requires experience working closely with marketing team; some knowledge of what marketing teams do, and support needed
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Experience designing and updating marketing materials including product documents, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to produce graphics for website updates and promotions.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and deadlines at once.
• Experience working on 3-4 projects at and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bonus: Video editing a plus

• Strong communication skills to convey ideas and concepts; ability to walk through your design experience in your portfolio with ease
• Positive attitude works well with others – highly collaborative in a remote setting.
