Financial Services Recruiting Coordinator
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Financial Services Recruiting Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience—ideally from a wealth management or public accounting firm—to join our growing team. This contract-to-hire position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is excited to help build and refine recruiting operations from the ground up.
In this fully remote role, you’ll support the entire hiring lifecycle, from candidate engagement, screening and interview coordination to offer facilitation and onboarding. You’ll also play a key role in improving recruiting processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments and time zones
Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a high-touch experience
Manage and improve recruiting workflows, documentation, and tools to increase team efficiency
Assist in the creation and implementation of scalable recruiting and onboarding processes
Support offer creation and extension processes, including coordination of approvals and documentation
Partner with People Operations to facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screens for select roles as needed
Track and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to continuously improve the candidate experience
Help with reporting, metrics, and special projects as the team grows
2–3 years of recruiting coordination experience within wealth management or public accounting
Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth startup environment is a plus
Strong project management and organizational skills with an eye for process improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy; experience with applicant tracking systems
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a high level of attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
