About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of campaigns that drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth. This is a generalist role with a strong focus on demand generation, ideal for a marketing professional who can manage cross-channel campaigns, collaborate across departments, and use data to inform decisions. Reporting to Sales, this person will play a key role in scaling our marketing engine and contributing to pipeline performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, content, social, and events with a focus on lead generation and conversion
  • Develop and manage nurture flows and engagement programs to move leads through the funnel
  • Collaborate with Sales, SalesOps, and Product teams to align campaign strategy with business goals
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize tactics for improved ROI
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and oversee the execution of content, events, and product marketing initiatives
  • Manage website, landing pages, email templates, forms, and tracking using Salesforce, Outreach and WordPress
  • Support the execution of webinars, and virtual and in person events, including promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and collaborate with designers and content creators on asset development
  • Maintain and improve marketing operations processes and documentation

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5  years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, or financial services
  • Proven track record of executing successful demand generation campaigns that drove measurable pipeline results
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (or similar MAP), Salesforce, WordPress, LinkedIN/Social Media and analytics tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on performance data
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, collaborative environment
