Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital content strategies that drive engagement, promote services, and increase brand awareness across LAOSS and affiliated partner brands. This role requires a blend of content creation, campaign execution, analytics, and trend awareness—ideally within a healthcare or wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement a cross-platform social media calendar (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content publishing, monitoring, and community engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clinic partners to source content ideas and highlight success stories
Content Creation & Campaign Development
- Create branded graphics, videos, and copy that communicate Unity MSK’s value and mission
- Build educational and promotional campaigns that speak to both patients and referring providers
- Support special campaigns for service lines (e.g., orthopedics, physical therapy, pain management)
Digital Advertising & Growth Marketing
- Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Content, etc.)
- Analyze performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversion
- Support SEO efforts with keyword-aligned content and blog promotion
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Track key metrics (engagement rates, impressions, clicks, conversions) and create monthly reports
- Use insights to improve strategy, recommend content types, and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage content for healthcare, wellness, or similar industries
- Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, informative tone
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms
- Familiarity with HIPAA considerations in social media marketing
- Bonus: experience with multi-location or provider-based businesses
