About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize data collection processes.
- Utilize statistical techniques to validate data quality and accuracy.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Assist in the development of data models and predictive analytics.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from management.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
