Ncite Partners is currently partnering with manufacturing company that is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their team. This individual will provide customer support to commercial clients and provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

The Role

  • Develop, maintain, and manage customer quotations, contracts, and pricing master data.
  • Communicate pricing, changes, and conduct pricing to sales teams, customers, and trade partners.
  • Negotiate project quotations and job bids as needed to secure business.
  • Enter and expedite sales orders, resolve service issues, and process credits, debits, RANs, and replacements.
  • Monitor back-orders and late orders, provide availability updates, and maintain complaint records.
  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis, maintain market intelligence, and identify new sales opportunities through data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Sales administrative and/or customer service experience for a manufacturing company is preferred.
  • SAP experience is highly preferred.
