Position: Construction Project Manager – Residential Real Estate
Location: Remote, U.S.-based
Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000/year DOE + Performance Bonus

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned real estate professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of single-family fix & flip and REO projects. This role requires oversight of contractors, vendors, project managers, and agents to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle project oversight from loan funding through sale.
• Draw request review, fund release approvals.
• Investor reporting and relationship management.
• Property marketing oversight and sales coordination.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in residential fix & flip or REO management.
• Vendor and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong budgeting and reporting capabilities.
