SUMMARY

 

This is an exempt position responsible for driving growth in admissions by generating new, and nurturing existing referral sources, as well as expanding our brand to one’s prospective territory.


Please note candidates must be located in Dallas, TX for consideration. 

 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties may be assigned:

 

-Develops and implements a strategic business plan in collaboration with the Director of Business Development, aiming to surpass financial goals, expand market reach, and enhance brand recognition across designated territories. This plan includes:

- Maintaining and enriching existing referral partnerships through personalized engagement strategies (Thoughtful Touches) and ensuring The Last Resort (TLR) meets their expectations.

- Growing new referral sources by strategically planning daily activities to boost brand visibility and drive revenue growth in untapped regional markets.

- Achieving personal targets for face-to-face meetings and monthly calls, with a commitment to documenting each interaction in the CRM system on a weekly basis.

- Demonstrating meticulous territory management skills to retain and deepen relationships with current referral sources, while also forging connections with new community and regional partners, and converting target accounts into loyal clients.

- Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including other Business Development representatives, Admissions, Billing, Discharge Planning, and other essential internal departments, to ensure a unified approach to growth.

- Upholding a professional demeanor and a positive attitude at all times, exemplifying The Last Resort's values both in person and online.

- Actively participating in regional conferences, furthering our outreach and engagement within the industry.

- Offering exceptional resource support to discharge and treatment teams, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to provide top-tier care.

LANGUAGE/TECHNOLOGY SKILLS

 

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.  Ability to use: Word, Excel, Gmail, LinkedIn, and Social Media (willing to post regularly for the company).




REASONING ABILITY

 

Ability to apply common-sense understanding and critical-thinking, ability to bring creativity and ideas to the team/other team members, and the ability to deal with problems involving clients both on the inside and outside of TLR.
