We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of launching successful products and driving business growth. You should be passionate about technology and have a deep understanding of the SaaS industry. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative solutions to market. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a self-starter attitude while developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from marketing efforts.
Move leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging Zoom meetings via emails, phone calls, LinkedIn and other forms of outreach.
Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generation efforts.
Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
Learn the Suralink products and the CPA industry and then use that information to answer prospects’ questions.
Collaborate with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
Consistently meet demo and activity quotas.
Track, manage, and measure prospecting activities in a customer relationship management platform (Hubspot).
Experience and Professional Qualifications:
Must be based out of the US
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly
Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
Be able to listen to and incorporate feedback in a positive, constructive way
Have experience using prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
