Prior to achieving $1,200 in New Business Sales (average sale for 2024 is $1,493)
$17.31/hour (average of $1500 semi-monthly) + 15% new sales commission + 8% residual commission + bonuses
After achieving $1,200 in New Business Sales (average sale for 2024 is $1,493)
$2,000 semi-monthly base salary + 15% new sales commission + 8% of recurring books on any book value over $500
