Own your territory by developing and executing a proactive business development plan focused on commercial, with a focus in Property Management/Multi Family, Facilities Management, Municipalities, Healthcare and/or Education.
Identify, qualify, and build lasting relationships with property managers, facilities leaders, risk managers, insurance partners, and other decision-makers who influence restoration services.
Leverage networking, industry events, cold outreach, and in-person meetings to generate quality leads and referrals.
Partner with internal operations to ensure a seamless handoff from sale to service, delivering an exceptional client experience every time.
Educate prospects on our restoration capabilities—emergency services, disaster recovery, and long-term property solutions—tailored to their needs.
Track all activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce to drive accountability and visibility.
Represent the company at trade shows, association meetings, and community events, building brand recognition in the Triad NC market.
Minimum 5 + years of successful B2B sales experience—property management/multi-family, restoration, construction, or facilities-related industries strongly preferred. Must have a transferrable book of business and the ability to create new relationships.
Proven ability to prospect, present, negotiate, and close deals, consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
Strong hunter mentality—comfortable with cold outreach and persistent follow-up.
Excellent relationship-building skills with C-level, operations, and field-level stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce or CRM experience a plus.
Willingness to travel locally within the Metro Atlanta market.
