Description

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Executive to lead new customer acquisition and relationship expansion with healthcare product manufacturers. This is a hunter role focused on selling CORE Services contract and rebate management solutions to mid-market and large manufacturers in the healthcare sector to customers where our parent company often has a strong pre-existing commercial relationship.

Services: Contract Optimization, Rebate Management, Membership Validation, Claims Processing (CORE Services Suite)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead identification and qualification through proposal, presentation, and close.
  • Leverage CORE Services’ operational expertise and technical capabilities to tailor solutions for customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal contract administration, implementation, and data teams to drive deal execution and customer onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking using Salesforce (SFDC).

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of sales or business development experience selling solutions or services to corporate decision makers.
  • Experience in healthcare products manufacturing or distribution is a plus.
  • Familiarity with group purchasing organizations (GPOs), medical product distribution channels, and contract/rebate administration in the healthcare ecosystem also a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Key Skills:

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts.
  • Effective communicator at all levels, including Director and VP audiences.
  • Skilled in discovery, negotiation, and value-based selling.
  • Resilient, self-directed, and highly results-oriented.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).
