You will provide operational support for the daily management of the Affiliate Program, ensuring agile and organized execution of key tasks, and contributing to the growth and professionalization of the affiliate ecosystem.



Your Challenges:

A. Affiliate Support and Attention

  • Respond to frequent inquiries via WhatsApp and email.
  • Identify and document frequently asked questions to optimize response times.
  • Provide support for mass mailings of campaigns and activations.


B. Operational Management

  • Provide support in the affiliate onboarding process: profile review, coupon creation, welcome email sending, and database entry.
  • Create and track coupons linked to commercial events.
  • Update landing page SKUs, resources, and coupons before each event.
  • Collaborate in the monthly payment closing: invoice approval, registration, and updates.


C. Monitoring and Reports

  • Generate basic performance reports: top affiliates, inactive accounts, and alerts.
  • Gather information for monthly newsletter delivery.
  • Prepare information and base dashboards for building performance reports by campaign or country.


D. Resources and Support Materials

  • Organize and keep the campaign resources folder in Drive updated.
  • Send key materials to affiliates before each event.
  • Verify that affiliates have everything necessary to communicate.
  • Support in the creation of additional resources: onboarding materials, newsletters, and events.


Candidate requirements:

  • Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • WhatsApp Business and email.
  • Basic Dashboards (Tableau / Looker)
  • Intermediate Excel/Sheets (filters, formulas, basic pivot tables).
  • Basic use of Canva for adapting materials.
  • Trello (or similar) for internal coordination.


Key Skills:

  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Multitasking ability and task prioritization.
  • Good written communication and proactivity for follow-up.
  • Problem-solving profile, with autonomy to execute operational tasks.
  • Agile learning in dynamic environments.
  • Knowledge of TikTok and Instagram influencers and curiosity to learn about digital marketing and affiliates.
  • Creative eye to propose simple communication ideas or campaign improvements.
