In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

• Oversee timely and accurate client deliverables

• Respond to client inquiries

• Prepare financial analyses and client reports

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes

• Coordinate with internal teams and client auditors

• Assist with grant tracking, reports, and audit support

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies

• Support the development of new accounting processes and tools

Skills you have 🚀

• Degree in Accounting (Bachelor's or Master's)

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP

• Supervisory and delegation skills

• Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements

• Tools: QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients

Skills that will make you stand out 💥

• CPA candidate (or already certified)

• Experience in nonprofits or government contracting

• Grant management and reporting experience

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct

• Experience with audits and supporting documentation preparation
