We’re looking for a brand-minded, strategy-driven VP of Marketing who can take our story to the world. You’ll define our voice, lead our campaigns, build a high-performing team, and make Reeco the name hospitality teams trust.

You’re not just a marketer — you’re a builder. You think in bold ideas, clever angles, and powerful messaging. You know how to make an emerging tech company feel like a brand that’s been leading for years.

What You’ll Do

• Own Reeco’s brand identity and messaging across every touchpoint
• Build and lead our marketing strategy across brand, content, product marketing, and demand gen
• Launch high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
• Partner with product and sales to deeply understand the needs of hospitality eco system
• Lead agencies or freelancers as needed
• Drive measurable business growth through smart, creative execution
• Elevate Reeco’s presence across digital, events, PR, and partnerships

You Might Be a Fit If You...

• Have 8–10+ years in B2B or SAAS marketing, with leadership experience
• Have built and scaled marketing teams in high-growth startups
• Know how to turn complex solutions into clear, engaging stories
• Have a strong creative eye and strategic mind — you get both brand and performance
• Thrive in fast-paced environments where you can own and execute
• Are excited by the opportunity to lead from the front, shape a category, and build something that lasts
• Bonus: experience marketing to hospitality operators or service-driven industries
