This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Bennett Thrasher. We are currently looking for a Transaction Advisory Services Healthcare Senior Manager/Director in the United States.

This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and impact within the healthcare sector of a thriving transaction advisory practice. The successful candidate will lead complex M&A engagements across a variety of healthcare sub-sectors, including hospitals, physician practices, payers, and revenue cycle management. You will play a key role in business development, client management, and team leadership while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that encourages entrepreneurial thinking and professional growth. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong network and a passion for healthcare transactions.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead client engagement teams in delivering high-quality transaction advisory services across buy-side and sell-side mandates.
  • Analyze complex deal issues including quality of earnings, pro-forma adjustments, working capital, debt analysis, and contract reviews.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and concerns are promptly addressed.
  • Coach and mentor staff on due diligence processes, decision making, reporting, and project management.
  • Collaborate with practice leadership to develop strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue business development prospects through industry relationships and proposal development.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently in deadline-driven environments while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.


Requirements
  • Seven or more years of financial due diligence and quality of earnings experience, including at least five years in transaction advisory services.
  • Extensive knowledge of the healthcare sector, with experience in hospitals, health systems, physician practices, MSOs, ACOs, MCOs, healthcare IT, revenue cycle management, and payor contracts.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with carve-outs preferred.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage client expectations, and drive business results.
  • Executive presence, sound business acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
