Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines deep technical expertise in CodeScan implementations with project management skills to ensure successful customer deployments. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during their CodeScan implementation journey while acting as a subject matter expert on all CodeScan capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation
  • Lead end-to-end technical implementations of CodeScan for enterprise customers
  • Configure CodeScan environments to meet customer-specific requirements and use cases
  • Integrate CodeScan with customer CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and existing Salesforce DevOps workflows
  • Customize security rules, quality gates, and reporting dashboards based on customer needs             
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during implementation phases
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer architecture and requirements
Project Management
  • Manage multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Support, and Engineering
  • Track project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
  • Ensure implementations are delivered on time and within scope

Subject Matter Expertise
  • Serve as the go-to expert on CodeScan features, capabilities, and best practices
  • Stay current with CodeScan product updates, new features, and industry trends
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to customers on security and code quality practices
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for customer teams
  • Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practice resources
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and enhancement requests

Customer Success
  • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders at customer organizations
  • Ensure smooth handoff from implementation to ongoing support
  • Participate in customer calls, workshops, and technical reviews
  • Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise when needed

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills
  • 3+ years’ experience with Salesforce platform and development tools
  • Understanding of Salesforce security best practices and code quality standards
  • Experience with static code analysis tools and security scanning solutions
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools and DevOps practices (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Git
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Experience with API integrations and web services

Project Management
  • Project management experience, preferably in technical implementations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in managing enterprise-level technology deployments
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)

Communication & Soft Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to success
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Responsible to adhere to set internal controls

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, etc.)
  • Experience with AutoRABIT or similar Salesforce DevOps tools
  • Background in cybersecurity or application security
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software implementations
  • Previous customer-facing role in technical capacity

Location
  • Remote

Must be a US citizen/permanent resident, and capable of obtaining a Government Security clearance if required and live in and work from the US. Green card holders qualify, but H1B or other work visa holders do not qualify for this role.

Salary for this role is $145,000 - $175,000 depending on experience
