Position Overview:
Help us build the team that builds Deep Sync. Are you an organized, tech-savvy, and people-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? Deep Sync is seeking a Talent & HR Coordinator to join our growing People team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our employee experience—supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding to office operations and team culture. As we scale and transform, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping how we attract, welcome, and support top talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings across platforms and internal systems.
- Schedule interviews across time zones, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
- Maintain our recruiting system (Paylocity), keeping candidate pipelines and records up to date.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering timely and professional communication.
- Facilitate reference checks and offer documentation.
- Initiate background checks and coordinate next steps post-offer.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and other key employee lifecycle processes.
- Collaborate on special projects that improve team efficiency and culture.
- Support a self-sufficient office environment by helping maintain supplies, organization, and functionality as needed.

- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a similar administrative role.

- Strong familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Paylocity, ChatGPT/Gemini, or similar platforms.
- High emotional intelligence and discretion with sensitive information.
- Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification and/or a bachelor's degree are a bonus—but not required. We value diverse experiences and support your professional development goals.
Location:
- Hybrid in Kirkland, WA (Tuesday-Thursday in office, Mondays & Friday remote).
