This role offers a strategic opportunity to drive the systems, processes, and insights that power a high-growth revenue organization. You will lead the design and execution of scalable sales operations, optimizing the end-to-end revenue engine from lead generation to expansion. Partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership, you’ll translate strategy into actionable processes, enhance visibility into business performance, and ensure teams operate efficiently. This position suits an experienced operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can see the big picture, and independently deliver measurable results that support business growth.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and own the end-to-end Sales Operations strategy, defining priorities, building roadmaps, and delivering measurable outcomes aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership to optimize go-to-market design, including segmentation, territories, quota setting, and compensation planning.
  • Build and maintain reporting infrastructure, dashboards, forecasts, and pipeline analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, RingCentral, and others.
  • Partner with Enablement to analyze sales data and convert insights into actionable strategies that increase rep productivity and performance.
  • Identify inefficiencies across the revenue lifecycle and implement cross-functional solutions to enable scale.
  • Develop frameworks for forecast accuracy, deal hygiene, and performance reviews; manage the rhythm of business for sales effectiveness.


Requirements
  • 6–10 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations within SaaS or tech-enabled services.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, make strategic decisions, and execute with impact.
  • Deep Salesforce expertise as both a systems thinker and hands-on administrator/configurator (certification a plus).
  • Skilled in designing and interpreting dashboards, reports, and KPIs to guide business decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management; able to build trust across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Experience designing compensation plans, renewal models, health scores, and other GTM levers.
  • Bias for action, efficiency-minded, and committed to continuous improvement.
