This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of IP Fabric. We are currently looking for a Solution Architect - Post Sales in the United States.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner closely with customers after the sale, ensuring they gain maximum value from complex network automation solutions. As a key technical expert, you will guide clients through deployment, training, and ongoing support, helping them transform their network management practices. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and support teams to deliver tailored solutions and provide critical feedback for product development. This position thrives in a fast-growing, innovative environment where technical expertise and customer focus drive success.

Accountabilities

  • Engage with customers post-sale to understand requirements and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
  • Refine and validate use cases, establishing acceptance criteria with clients.
  • Deliver training sessions and ongoing support to maximize solution effectiveness.
  • Develop clear Statements of Work outlining project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, engineering, sales, and support teams to optimize customer satisfaction and product impact.
  • Deploy and support the platform in customer environments, including integrations and extensions.
  • Travel occasionally for meetings, industry events, and customer visits.


Requirements
  • 2+ years in post-sales or professional services roles focused on enterprise B2B hardware or software, preferably in networking.
  • Strong customer-first consultative approach.
  • Background in network engineering or architecture with deep knowledge of networking technologies and protocols.
  • Experience in project scoping, SOW creation, and solution implementation.
  • Familiarity with server virtualization and basic programming languages/APIs.
  • Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.

Preferred skills:

  • Knowledge of NetDevOps workflows and tools like Python, Git, Ansible, infrastructure-as-code.
  • Ability to develop custom Python prototypes for customers.
  • Proven track record as a technical post-sales engineer or architect.
