About the position: The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Minnesota real estate property requirements. They will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, utilizing these skills to negotiate with diverse property owners to acquire and dispose of both small and large properties. A solid understanding and ability to assess impacts of Federal and State regulations, rules, and laws on the real estate process, with excellent experience, to identify key areas of concern. Proven expertise in recommending practical and feasible solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to our Council values and stakeholders' interests, with strong knowledge and experience in reviewing and interpreting real estate documents. Collaborate with project managers, oversee real estate consultants, and assume the lead for other related duties.
Anticipated Hiring Range
The full salary range is included in the job posting. However, our anticipated hiring range for this position is between $95,139 and $107,473. The starting salary will depend on the selected candidate's experience, skills, education, and internal salary equity. Additionally, this position offers a generous benefits package.Any of the following combinations of experience with real property transactions, reviewing real estate agreements and other related documents, and working with/for public government agencies is required, and completed education in real estate, urban/regional planning, business, or a closely related field.
