Position Overview
Tyson & Mendes, a leading national insurance defense firm, is seeking a Senior Counsel, Legal Operations, to join our leadership team. This pivotal director level role is responsible for providing analysis, oversight and leadership in all aspects of billing dispute resolution and payment recovery from insurance carriers. The Senior Counsel, Legal Operations will participate in high-level analysis, negotiations, and cross-departmental initiatives, serving as the primary firm’s liaison between accounting, firm leadership, and senior representatives of the firm’s clients and insurance carriers. The position function is to protect and advance the firm’s financial interests while maintaining critical, long-term business relationships.
