When you apply, please make sure the subject line is: “I actually read the instructions”
Who we are:
We’re a small but tight-knit crew that values culture fit and a life outside of work. No “work-life balance” clichés here — just know I don’t live in my home office, and I don’t expect you to either.
Here’s what makes us tick:
- Process-Driven – We even have SOPs for creating SOPs. Our documented processes are the backbone of everything we do, which means you can focus on selling instead of fighting chaos.
- Fast-Moving & Opportunity-Obsessed – We spot opportunities quickly, adapt fast, and execute without endless red tape. If there’s a door to knock on, we’re already halfway through it.
- Client-Obsessed – We care deeply about the results we deliver. We track more metrics for our clients than any competitor and hold ourselves to a higher standard.
We’re not your average agency. We work with ONLY dentists — and that focus makes our work sharper, faster, and more effective. For an outbound sales rep, that means a defined, high-value target market and a proven offering that gets results.
Right now, we’re a team of about 15 serving nearly 100 dental practices. We’re looking for someone impact-driven who’s ready to hit the ground running, knock on doors (literally or figuratively), and help us build something special.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive new business for Marketing 32 by selling our high-end dental marketing services directly to dental practices.
This is a true hunter role — your primary mission is to find, initiate, and close new opportunities with dentists through outbound sales efforts. You’ll be proactively identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals. You’ll report directly to our Sales Director and work closely with our marketing and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Salary & growth opportunities:
- Starting salary: Competitive base with uncapped commission potential. Expecting $80K-$180K.
- Reporting to: Sales Director
- Growth opportunities: Marketing 32 has grown by 2x year over year for the past 4 years, and we’re not slowing down. This role will grow as we grow, with potential for leadership opportunities as the sales team expands.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven sales success. You have a track record of selling dental marketing services or selling directly to dentists (and can prove it).
- B2B hunter mentality. Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on outbound prospecting and closing.
- Self-starter. You’re highly motivated, independent, and don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to perform.
- Communication pro. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tech capable. You’re comfortable using CRM tools, tracking pipeline activity, and delivering accurate forecasts.
- Travel ready. You’re willing to attend the occasional client meeting or industry event in-person.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, research, and engage potential dental clients through outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, events).
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent activity tracking.
- Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and solution presentations to dental decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close new business deals.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to refine messaging, targeting, and sales strategy.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
- Represent Marketing 32 professionally at industry events.
- Use your allocated budget strategically to support prospecting and closing efforts.
Results you’ll be expected to deliver:
- Close 4 new dental clients per month from self-generated leads.
- Maintain a pipeline that is at least 3× your monthly quota.
- Consistently meet outbound activity targets (calls, emails, meetings) set by company standards.
- Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain data integrity in the CRM.
- Ensure high client satisfaction scores post-sale through proper expectations and handoff.
Make sure you are comfortable with:
- Remote work. Our entire company works remotely. You and your future clients will interact online most of the time, so you need to be good at it.
- 90-day trial period. All job offers start with a 90-day period to make sure we’re a mutual fit.
- US business hours. You’ll need to be available during standard US business hours to connect with clients and the team.
Our Core Values:
Be Client-Focused – Our success is directly connected to how focused we are on helping our clients win. We deliver an experience so good that our clients can't imagine receiving the same level of success, support, and attention from anyone else.
Fix Processes, Not People – Progress is the goal. Most problems come from deficiencies in systems and processes, not people. We continually improve our methods, explore new ways of doing things, and make swift corrections when needed.
Make It Happen – Respond quickly to clients and team members, and finish what you start. Start fast, fail fast, learn fast, and try again.
Be Your Own Boss – Hold yourself to a higher standard than anyone else would ask of you. Be organized, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your outcomes as if this were your company.
Enjoy the Journey – We never truly arrive, so we celebrate and enjoy the wins along the way. Have fun.
