About the Role:
As our first Sales Operations & Enablement Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the sales team operates at peak efficiency every day. You’ll own the systems, processes, and training that help AEs move faster, stay compliant with our GTM process, and focus on selling—not admin.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, GTM Ops, Finance, and Marketing to streamline daily workflows, reinforce process hygiene, and drive continuous improvements that increase sales velocity and deal quality. You’re the person who notices when something’s slowing down the team—and fixes it before they even ask.
