We’re seeking a hunter-minded Sales & Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our footprint in the oil, gas, chemicals, and industrial sectors. Your role: open doors, build relationships, and create opportunities. Once you get us in, our seasoned leadership team will partner with you to advance and close deals.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and secure new accounts across oil, gas, chemicals, and industrial markets
- Engage senior decision-makers and create qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership to advance deals through the sales cycle
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Report on progress toward growth targets
What We’re Looking For- Proven track record in business development or sales within professional services/consulting
- Familiarity with (or strong network in) oil, gas, chemicals, and industrial markets
- True hunter mentality: persistent, resourceful, and results-driven
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Ability to work independently (remote) or collaborate locally in Houston
Compensation- Uncapped, performance-driven earning potential
- Primarily commission-based, with potential for a base + commission structure
