As we expand our subscription-based platform, we're seeking a strong, motivated, and experienced sales professional to help us grow.
About the Role:
We’re hiring a remote SaaS Sales Executive to lead agent and investor adoption of our new ESO Pro Access platform. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing proptech company with proven traction, strong leadership, and a massive addressable market.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive subscription sales of ESO’s SaaS products to real estate agents and investors
Prospect, qualify, and close new business through outbound and inbound efforts
Learn and master the ESO product suite and effectively communicate its value
Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot experience is a bonus)
Follow and improve daily workflows, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, improve performance, and identify new growth strategies
Represent ESO at industry events (optional but encouraged)
Help build and lead a team of future sales professionals as we scale
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of real estate experience (agent, brokerage, title, lending, etc.)
Bonus: Experience in real estate tech or proptech SaaS sales
Self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability
Familiarity with CRMs – HubSpot proficiency is a major plus
Organized, process-driven, and comfortable working remotely
Performance-oriented – thrives in an environment where goals and results matter
Comfortable being held to daily/weekly/monthly KPIs
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Willingness to learn, grow, and eventually take on leadership responsibilities
