Accountabilities:

  • Deliver exceptional accounting and operational support to non-profit clients using cloud-based platforms.
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure seamless adoption of systems and processes.
  • Perform full-cycle accounting including AP/AR management, journal entries, month-end close, and financial reporting.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and transparency.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend additional services to increase client value.
  • Engage in regular video check-ins with your team and manager to align goals and collaborate effectively.
  • Embrace and adopt new technologies to solve client issues efficiently in a virtual setting.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience in the non-profit sector.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or NetSuite with at least 1 year of transactional accounting experience using these platforms.
  • Experience supporting multiple clients in a virtual or outsourced environment is preferred.
  • Availability to work during standard business hours in EST, CST, MST, or PST time zones.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships remotely.
  • Tech-savvy and open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • High level of discretion and commitment to client confidentiality.
