Job Type: Full-time (Work-from-home or office, your choice! within Boerne/San Antonio, TX only)
- This is a primarily work-from-home position, with the expectation to attend 1–2 in-person listing appointments per week alongside our lead listing agent in the Boerne/Fair Oaks area, as well as 2 monthly team meetings
Salary & benefits are negotiable
- $35,000 - $55,000 yearly + Bonus & Benefits (Based on experience)
The Day-To-Day includes but is not limited to:
- Manage systems for sellers, buyers, database management, and back-office support
- Keep sellers and buyers updated and happy by making weekly phone calls, texts, and emails
- Work with our Operations Team by using Zoom daily to manage and delegate tasks
- Responsible for the spot-checking of all contracts through closing while effectively communicating with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered throughout the closing process
- Responsible for keeping the team updated on the progress of all contracts and advising team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution
- Coordinate and collaborate with the other team members and vendors
- Schedule any necessary vendor appointments
- Ensures that all post-closing disbursements, filing, and procedures take place
- Responsible for paying invoices, ensuring the collection of commissions and fees
- Manage an average of 20 to 35 files at any given time
- Has a Real Estate license in Texas
- 2+ years of experience in any of the following: Property management, Mortgage industry, Real Estate agent, Title agency, etc.
- Strong computer/technology skills
- Personable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ideally, the candidate is a local in the Boerne/Fair Oaks/San Antonio area
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
